DESCRIPTION
An exquisite spring moonlight tea from the moderate slops of Barnesbeg tea garden witnessing the first golden ray of Mt. Kanchenjunga, the worlds third highest peak. A well-rounded cup with layers of flavour brews in a champagne liquor. A smooth, light bodied cup beams with floral-fruity attributes. The fragrant elegance of flowery bouquet, reminiscent of lilies and geranium greets the palate and gradually opens up to reveal a heart resonating with delectable notes of raw mango; rendering a rich and radiant character to the cup. A thin layer of saffron infused honey can be picked up around the edge.Going towards the finish fresh citrus fruit note similar to green grape gives a distinct finish to this spring exquisite. The second infusion brings out more citrusy note topped with floral note.
