DESCRIPTION
On the final day of plucking, just as dawn broke and the mountain air lingered at a gentle 10 °C, Junmoni—a tribal woman with 36 years of tea-making wisdom—and Praveen, the founder of TeaGardenia, stepped into the fields alongside fellow pluckers. From this quiet morning ritual emerged a rare treasure: just 500 g of an exquisite white tea, born in the land of the rising sun, Arunachal Pradesh. Tender buds and young leaves were delicately plucked and crafted with devotion, brewing into a pale, creamy liquor that feels soft and comforting on the palate. The cup is light-bodied yet immensely smooth, with a velvety texture that opens with sweet tropical fruit notes reminiscent of melon, slowly unfolding into a gentle symphony of flavours. As the journey deepens, a creamy mid-palate with subtle honeyed accents brings a silky sweetness that lingers beautifully. These fruity, creamy-honey nuances invite you to sip deeper, to discover more. The experience concludes with a mellow, graceful finish—soft hints of oak wood, shaped by the surrounding mountain forests, and a delicate touch of sweet orange—capturing the soul of winter and the quiet magic of Arunachal in every cup.
