On the final day of plucking, just as dawn broke and the mountain air lingered at a gentle 10 °C, Junmoni—a tribal woman with 36 years of tea-making wisdom—and Praveen, the founder of TeaGardenia, stepped into the fields alongside fellow pluckers. From this quiet morning ritual emerged a rare treasure: just 500 g of an exquisite white tea, born in the land of the rising sun, Arunachal Pradesh. Tender buds and young leaves were delicately plucked and crafted with devotion, brewing into a pale, creamy liquor that feels soft and comforting on the palate.
