During a quiet inspection of the garden, our honoured manager, carrying the wisdom of over fifty years among tea plants, noticed something rare and unexpected: tender new leaves emerging far earlier than their time. Moved by intuition and experience, he began plucking them immediately, knowing this moment would not return. Guided by decades of knowledge and respect for the leaf, this extraordinary first flush was carefully crafted. While tea plants usually awaken toward the end of February, by nature’s gentle miracle a few precious leaves revealed themselves in the first week of February—turning an ordinary morning into a timeless gift, and a cup that carries the wonder of that moment in every sip.

A delicate yet beautifully rounded cup, brimming with flavour, unfolds with sweet fruity and lively lemony notes. From the very first sip, fresh floral whispers reminiscent of white lilies touch the palate, offering a pure and graceful beginning to a spring journey. At the heart of the cup, luscious mango-like fruitiness blooms, gently wrapped in a silky, creamy texture that gives the tea its depth and harmony. These fruity tones dance across the taste buds, defining the soul and character of the infusion.
