Washabarie Tea Estate
In the club of the oldest gardens in the country, Washabarie is unique in North Bengal, India, acting as an extra ordinary gateway to the Dooars. We think the name was inspired after the rain fed river that flows along the eastern boundary and feeds into numerous reasons, each year. Rolling hills of the Eastern Himalayas with panoramic views across the Estate, patches of thick forests and meandering water courses that come in all shapes and sizes add to the Estate’s almost unrivalled scenic charm.
