Rohini Signature Honey Oolong Tea

DESCRIPTION

Season's first oolong tea from the beautiful Rohini Tea Estate, Darjeeling. A handcrafted oolong tea with sweet fruits and honey fragrance brews in an attractive yellow liquor. An immensely smooth, medium bodied cup begins with fruit note similar to honeydew melon and gives a delicate start to the cup. These fruity note blends with sweet honey note in the middle and adds a sweet layer of flavour to the palate. A very thin layer of creamy note can be picked around the edge. These note deepens with the length of the cup and brings the cup towards the end. A well-balanced peach note gives a mouthful finish to this signature oolong. Second infusion brings out more fruity note with a honey dressing.
