A medium bodied cup brews in a coppery liquor, starts impressing you right from the first sip. The vibrant floral note greets the palate and gives a smooth mouthfeel start to the cup. A well balanced jaggery note alone with wild honey accents dominate the cup in the middle, defining the central theme for the cup. A light chocolate note around the edge adds the depth to the palate.
