Plucked in the early morning hours just before sunrise on the first day of 2026, when temperatures hovered between -1°C and 2°C at an elevation of 7,200 feet, this Winter Frost tea captures the purity of its moment. The medium-bodied, sweet & nutty brew opens with a gentle floral whisper, soon joined by a subtle cocoa note that deepens as the cup unfolds, creating a rich and satisfying fullness. Along the edges, a light fruity hint reminiscent of orange adds a refreshing brightness, while the finish settles into soft, dry spices—delicate touches of clove and cinnamon that bring warmth and a comforting, nutty close.
