Where Every Sip is an Offering to the Ancient World
At the edge of Assam, where the forests lean gently toward Bhutan and the Nonai River moves in quiet rhythm, lies the small village of Nonaipara. Here, life is not measured in time, but in traditions carried through generations. The tribe that calls this land home lives in deep harmony with the wild—where trees are revered, animals are honored, and nature itself is seen as divine.
Long before tea became a drink of the world, it was a sacred offering here. At dawn, as mist rises from the river and the forest awakens, leaves are gathered with quiet intention—each pluck a gesture of respect, each step a part of an ancient ritual. The first brew is never for oneself, but for the unseen forces they believe guide and protect their land.
To sip this tea is to step into that forgotten world—a place where every cup carries whispers of devotion, echoes of the forest, and the soul of a culture that still breathes through the leaves.
DESCRIPTION
From a hidden village in the wild heart of Assam, near the quiet border of Bhutan, comes a tea shaped by untouched nature and ancient harmony. Here, dense forests breathe alongside tribal life, where wild plants, animals, and people exist as one—unhurried, unbroken, and deeply connected. In this secluded world, tender leaves and plump, silvery buds are carefully hand-crafted, gently kissed by forest mist and the living pulse of the wilderness.
The cup opens with a soft, luminous sweetness—delicate florals reminiscent of wild jasmine and blushing rose, unfolding gracefully across the palate. As it deepens, these ethereal notes intertwine with warm layers of malt and golden wild honey, creating a richness that feels both comforting and rare. A fleeting whisper of stone flower drifts along the edges, adding a mysterious, almost untamed character that speaks of its origin.
Towards the finish, a gentle nuttiness—like roasted chestnut—emerges, slowly dissolving into a sweet, brisk close touched with hints of cedarwood. The second infusion reveals a softer expression, where light florals return, wrapped in a refined briskness and a lingering echo of rosewood.
This is not just a tea—it is a living reflection of a land where wilderness and soul exist in quiet unity, captured in every sip.
