We are proud to introduce the exclusive Winter Frost White Peony Tea from Assam, a limited batch of only 1kg crafted specially for TeaGardenia. This unique tea is made using a delicate combination of one bud and one leaf, hand-plucked early in the morning. The leaves undergo a natural oxidation and maturation process to bring out their full character. When brewed, the tea reveals a champagne-like liquor, with smooth, winter floral notes at the forefront. These floral undertones gradually transition into a fruity essence reminiscent of litchi, accompanied by a subtle honey sweetness and a fresh vegetal note. The cup finishes with a pleasant, lingering sweetness, featuring light Sandalwood bark and delicate spice nuances that remain even after the last sip.
