A pleasantly supple, smooth, medium bodied cup from the misty Kurseong Valley, Darjeeling which beams with sweet floral-fruity attributes. Smooth floral note reminiscent of white lilies and geranium greets the palate and gradually opens up to reveal a heart resonating with delectable notes of fresh fruits similar to raw mango; rendering a rich, radiant character to the liquor. A well-balanced honey layer adds a sweetness to the palate in the middle. Luscious circus fruits chiseled with dappling spring sap lingers on in the aftertaste and makes for an exquisite spring moonshine cup. The second steep is floral and beams with citrus notes.
